Our Certified HSE Trainers work as independent agents, licensing the rights to our materials, HSE brand-name, and offering workshops within their designated territory.  This opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their current Real Estate business and grow!

There is a one-time fee to secure your territory, take our training-to-train course, and get set-up on our website, along with an on-going, per-student fee back to HSE.  However, the fee is minimum compared to the generous per-student compensation you will receive in return!

Qualified candidates should possess strong sales, marketing, training and leadership skills while holding an active Real Estate license in their state.  Please be highly motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, and ready to run with this opportunity. 

Territories are very generous and exclusive.  We only allow one trainer per very large, surrounding market.  You would be responsible for the marketing and training of your own workshops, including both Hands-On and Live-Virtual via Zoom.  You will be taught our training methods, provided with our course materials, and offered on-going support and assistance, as needed.
